Some paint and Some dinner

Okay, here are the pictures of the fresh paint. I tried to get good shots that showed how great it looks but it still looks better in person. And then I added a picture of my dinner tonight. Some cabbage cooked in bacon grease with the bacon and onion and a little ground turkey. Finished with a splash of vinegar - oh my! Delish. 

Well, it adds the photos at the top so next time i will have to remember to do pics first and then add the text. But at least I have gotten this far. Doesn't my dinner look good?

Took Scott to Wal-mart and they had their St. Patrick's Day t shirts on clearance so he bought himself 3 and then bought one for me. Mine says : GIVE BLOOD   PLAY RUGBY

Tobacco Road and a trip to the Doctor

Well, here it is. So as you see I must've been actually listening to you when you suggested we create a webpage for ourselves. Why not just start our own blog? It could be faster than a letter and more personal than an email. Not to mention how great it will be to have one place for all the pictures I am sure I will be sending of the pool and the floors and shower doors. Then we will have a little log of all the changes so we can feel really proud of ourselves later when we look back at all the crap we've put ourselves through.

I even thought that every once in a while, depending on your schedule, you could post stuff. Yes, even the photos of your food if you want. Or just a picture of you for the girls to see. This could be our very own little documentary of the next 8 months of our lives.

So starting tomorrow (if I can figure it out) I will start adding pictures of the newly painted walls and maybe of Ella's first day at gymnastics. All for your viewing pleasure. I'm sure some of it will be boring but that's okay. We love you and miss you.
